East Harbor Ferry from Department 56 Christmas In The City. Comes in original packaging. Packaging has wear and there is a slight tear on the sleeve (photo 2). Comes with a working light cord. The pieces are all in very good shape. The only issue is one lantern snapped off the corner of the entrance booth (photo 12). Should be able to glue it back on.
